I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Arturo and Merlyn Construction. I have worked with Arturo in many capacities starting in approx. 2006. He is incredibly hard working, thoughtful and has been good to work with. In our projects I met him while he was working for another General Contractor and found him be skilled carpenter and a good resource. Since then he has completed work on a home I sold in the city and my current home in Marin. He has done the tenant improvement work in my old office in the city and my current office in the city. In addition, he has worked on several apartment units for me over the last 15 years. In short I have used Arturo for almost everything. Arturo and his extended family form the heart of Merlyn and it has been great to see them all grow with Arturo as he has formalized Merlyn Construction. I always enjoy seeing him and figuring out how to approach a project, he always has some good input.
